Amy . . .

What would you like to know? I am fun, but crazy. I have a most perfect husband, and 2 cats named Samson and Delilah. We are presently working on adopting a little girl from China and have a separate blog for that. I am a Christian and am working on a better relationship with him. I live in the Atlanta area and love sharing stories with people. I am also a pediatric nurse and I love it! I love to talk and meet new people and I love Disney Cruising

Thirteen Things about Amy

Thirteen things I am thankful for this season
1…. The gift of eternal life.
2. My health. I may be fluffy ( a parent called my patient that, i thought it was cute), but I am healthy
3. A husband who loves me unconditionally
4.A biological family and inlaws who also love me unconditionally.
5.Friends that truly rock the cradle of love
6.Lucy the bassett hound. She truly entertains me
7.The ability to adopt from China. God opened the doors and we have enjoyed walking through them
8.A job that is so fulfilling, I can not imagine doing anything else
9,Friends who are back in my life. We had 4 girls living in my dorm and I have been in contact with all 3 this week. One roomie contacted me today and i havent seen her since 1994. Thats soooo cool.
10.The ability to love, cry and feel emotion
11.My nieces and nephews. I love to talk about Janie, Seth, Owen and Basil
12.5 years of marriage
13.A country where I have freedom.

I am grateful to live nowadays when there is modern medicine and such prosperity.

Seems appropriate that we list all the things we are grateful for since it's that timeof theyear... but I think 13 is too little if we really sit down to count...

Happy Thanksgiving & Happy Thursday

Great list. :) Those are all wonderful things to be thankful for. :) Rediscovering friends that you have lost touch with is always so amazing. :)

Although I celebrated Thanksgiving last month (Canadian Thanksgiving is in October), a Happy Thanksgiving to you. :)

Great list! I hope you had a wonderfully blessed Thanksgiving. Your post about the eggs made me giggle, I ALWAYS forget to check the potatoes, and they always boil over, so you are not alone.

It sounds like you have many wonderful things to be thankful for. That's wonderful! My TT is up as well.

I enjoyed reading your posts and getting to know you and your husband better.

I read about your wonderful Italian dinner the other night. We braved Town Center traffic last night as well returning home from Canton, but of course, it wasn't so bad since it was a holiday.

One of the things I'm thankful for is my blog. It has helped me grow in so many ways creatively and I've gotten to know so many people all over the world.

I'm catching up after Thanksgiving. Missed you first go around. My TT is up.

I've also written a new hymn to be sung to the tune of Stand up for Jesus. Stop by and take a look.
