Amy . . .

What would you like to know? I am fun, but crazy. I have a most perfect husband, and 2 cats named Samson and Delilah. We are presently working on adopting a little girl from China and have a separate blog for that. I am a Christian and am working on a better relationship with him. I live in the Atlanta area and love sharing stories with people. I am also a pediatric nurse and I love it! I love to talk and meet new people and I love Disney Cruising

Christmas

Michael came up with a good idea. He is posting one Christmas picture a day until Christmas time. You might even see me in one of those...He has some good ones so far. Go check him out here. I can't believe I almost forgot to post today. Oh dear.. HaHa! Hope you had a nice day. I am battling what I call a Christmas cold. Hope it goes away soon. Tomorrow is Christmas tree day which means going through all the ornaments and remembering all the memories..Could I be any cheesier? Another poll will be up tomorrow. Before Christmas I am going to ask you guys to share some of your favorite Christmas ornaments, your strangest Christmas presents, special Christmas decorations and some of your neighbors houses decorated for the holidays. Just wanted to give you a warning so you could be prepared. We might even have a contest or 2 (hint hint). there may be even surprise gift thrown out or 2..I love doing that.!!

Here is the question of the day..Well its not a question. Please share your favorite Christmas recipes with us. It doesn't have to be Christmas but something that you make every year. Share this with your blog readers and lets have some good recipes..As Rachel Ray would say YUMMO!!!!!!!!!

Amy, you gotta make home made carmel corn just once. We make it nearly every year-- It's tradition!!

You are not cheesy...I too love to go through the ornaments and the memories that go along with them. That's one reason I like to have the whole family put the tree up together so we can have a "walk down memory lane" with each other.

Hehe, I'm not sure what the Mr. Linky was for, but I went ahead and put my link in there ;-)

My favorite Christmas recipe is Struvela, or something similar to that. It's an Italian recipe my Grandma R. used to make.

My 2nd fave would be what I call Italian waffle cookies, but that's not the real name for them. I especially love the way my sister fixed the recipe to make chocolate ones for me!! :-0...

Oh, and as for the ornaments, that's the best part of decorating the tree, is remembering the moments behind the ornaments - do we get to see any pictures of your favorites?

Sing hey! Sing hey!
For Christmas Day;
Twine mistletoe and holly.
For a friendship glows
In winter snows,
And so let's all be jolly!
