yeah me....I fail so much it's hard to believe I'm still working on it......I'm just trying to cut back on the amount I eat...it's not the food that gets me. I really do eat foods that are good for me, I just can't put the fork down....LOL.............

I need to lose a few pounds but I just cannot get myself started on a diet and exercise routine.

Ahh the age old question! Am I dieting? No. I do not believe dieting works. That being said, I am trying to watch what I eat, trying to make "good" choices instead of bad, and working out a min. of four days per week. Thus far (since April) I've lost 25 lbs. I've another 25 to go (at least 25), but I feel really good about myself. That's what matters to me :)

Im still doing the NS,i start off the week good and then it goes down the toilet, i really dont want to eat that crap. Ive been just tryin to eat lighter and less. if i do go out to eat. ive been eating weight watcher meals. and if i go out to eat, i get soup and salads or sandwich. i try to leave food on my plate. and no cokes or burgers or fries. ive been excersicing everydya to a dvd. So, at least i am doin something. its frustrating tho, cuz i do all that work and then this week i didnt even lose a pound. it was point something. but i just keep going and tryin tho.

I also need to lose a few and I am determined to do it. Halloween was so bad for me this year. I could'nt say no to chocolate. Eating healthy makes me feel so good, I use the 6 week body makeover plan and Tosca Reno's clean eating book. It works for me if I follow it.

I am doing ww and working out everyday to dvds-tae bo or step aerobics. It is certainly coming off slower than I had hoped. I do also like the 21 day jump start book by Denise Austin as it gives you menus, recipes, shopping lists, daily motivations and exercise routines/recomendations-see if they have a copy at your library. I find the menus fall withing ww points

Still doing WW, but have never "followed" the program to the T. Watch what I eat, healthier choices, Never deprive myself. The baby steps I have taken have helped me.

Hi Amy:
Looking forward to meeting you. I've been obsessed with dieting for more than 20 years. Just this week, I made a pledge to myself - NO MORE. I'm going to trust myself to make loving and healthy choices for my body and try, try, try to get some exercise in several times a week.
See you tomorrow!
