Amy . . .

What would you like to know? I am fun, but crazy. I have a most perfect husband, and 2 cats named Samson and Delilah. We are presently working on adopting a little girl from China and have a separate blog for that. I am a Christian and am working on a better relationship with him. I live in the Atlanta area and love sharing stories with people. I am also a pediatric nurse and I love it! I love to talk and meet new people and I love Disney Cruising

Sunday

It's Sunday afternoon and we are watching a Greys episode. Enjoyed church today and I am looking forward to this series call ed 3:16. Today we heard about the history of the Bible. I got sent home from nursery duty as i am still not feeling well and have to go to church. One of my weight watcher friends who goes to my church came up to me and asked how she could pray for me in regards to weight watchers. We shared some info, but that meant a lot to me.

Yesterday we watched a football game at a local bar and then planned on going by Starbucks. We ended up going to Marlow's Tavern and spending a lot of time with some friends. It was so nice to spend time with such a cool couple!!!!!

I love my Michael. He played some Christmas music in the car and then loaded the cd player with Christmas tunes last night..

I know everyone says they love this time of year, but I really thrive on it...Yeah for the Holidays

Amy I'm with you on this one. Christmas is definitely my favorite time of the year. How cool that you had such a good time while out. I did my karaoke Friday and it was a blast. Now that I know the people there and that I am acutally getting my "fan clug" going it boosts my ego and makes me wanna sing more. lol It's just pure fun as most of the people that are regulars are older people that also have fun regardless of how bad or good we sing.

I heart Marlow's Tavern! My cousin and I got here when I am in town, although I didn't get to go this past time since I went to the blog party! Glad you had a good weekend.

how sweet of your friend to ask to pray about the WW for you.. that is so nice.. I thrive on this time of the year also, though my sons birthday was this weekend so I normally get past his birthday then get into the whole christmas mood. I'm really looking forward to it this year, even though I'm broke and have no clue how to get the kids gift yet.. but I'm so excited to celebrate christmas even if the gifts are going to be hardly anything.
Sounds like you had a wonderful weekend.. if you want to you can link it up to my weekend Recap Mr linky where people who post about there weekends can go and visit other people posting about there weekends.
take Care

I do like Christmas but I would like to LOVE it like you do. It is just such a hectic time of the year...I think I just need to simplify and relect a little more!

You are special, too! And I did appreciate your comment. :-)

Jeff just doesn't have EIGHT BLOGS to keep up with. HAHAHAH!!!!

Honestly, though, I do read yours and the adoption one regularly, and Michael's periodically.

And you were right. Blogging is TOTALLY addictive and I could spend way too much time reading and posting!

I have to say since we moved to Florida from New York, Christmas is a hard time of year for me because it doesn't really feel like Christmas! I do like listening to Christmas music. :)
