Amy . . .

What would you like to know? I am fun, but crazy. I have a most perfect husband, and 2 cats named Samson and Delilah. We are presently working on adopting a little girl from China and have a separate blog for that. I am a Christian and am working on a better relationship with him. I live in the Atlanta area and love sharing stories with people. I am also a pediatric nurse and I love it! I love to talk and meet new people and I love Disney Cruising

food and weight watchers

Ok, so this Weight Watcher thing may work. its really not that hard, yet. I think the easiest thing for me to do with this will be planning meals and snacks according to work and social stuff and incorporating drinking water and exercising.

Tonight, we had a total Trader Joes dinner with orange chicken, brown rice and Asian veggies. For those of you who have done weight watchers, it was 11 points, and I still have 10 points for the rest of the evening.

I will probably journal some of my meals and stuff. I have found tons of WW bloggers and getting some great ideas. So Monday will be weight in number 3, and as long as I don't gain, I will be okay. I know that I will eventually get to no lose weeks or just a pound or 2.

We have 4 weeks until our cruise and I plan on doing well until then and enjoying the cruise. I should be in good habit by then and will probably feel guilty if I eat too much.

If you are a new reader feel free to leave me your favorite meals and snacks and points.

Rock on! Good bye fluff!

Welcome to Weight Watchers...I can see you're already up and running and doing incredible! But yes, you'll have weeks where you don't lose or have gains, they are challenging but I've gotten better and better at dealing with them. Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving me my very first comment :)

Hi Amy, I went back to Weight Watchers this morning , and hope to stay inspired by you to try hard to lose some weight..I am a Lifetime member and need to lose 15 pounds to get back to goal...it is really a challenge to get the junk snacks out of the house..I had lost 56 pounds last year and know that I can do this.Keep up your good self control and pass some on to me.Hugs, Baba

I'm not doing WW, but my sister is. I am cutting out all snacking and exercising...that's the plan. I have a bit to lose so I have to take it slowly with celebrating the ten pound goals.

I've never been on a cruise...I can't wait to go on one though. Journaling helps me alot because it shows me how much I actually am eating, so even though its only so many points, Iusually fill up a whole page of food!
