Healthy? What's that? LOL No, I'm kidding. That's a good list. If you're looking for protein-ish desserts, I have some good ones from when I was Somersizing. I'd be happy to share.
Happy TT!
I don't know if this healthy but Potatoes with self-made cream is very yummy and has very less calories!!!! I posted the recipe in my last week's TT.
My list is up, too!
Hugs and happy TT,

I will exercise for comments!!!
Oh, I love those 100-calorie bags of popcorn. My idea of a perfect snack. :)
To me, this list doesn't exactly sounds yummy... I'm a hungry monster and that would just not do it :-)
Surely there must be other choices... I'm not coming up with anyones right now though.
Veggies with a dip sauce? Some food with a lot of spices anyway, it got to taste a lot.
Lentils! Sophie at A Hole in the Fence http://holeinthefence.wordpress.com/ has two recipes up. I make a soup almost exactly like the Lentil Sausage Stew except I put turkey in it.
My T13 is about my favorite Firefox Add ons
Those all sound soooo good. I am always looking for healthy snack ideas! Bikini weather is just around the corner.
100 calorie bags of popcorn - definitely a great snack. :-)
Happy TT!
Hmmmm.
I will take 9 and a glass of wine.
Terrific Thursday Thirteen!
My TT is posted.
Have a wonderful day!

Dang, they mentioned my ricotta idea already
Yup, I heard something about water being lo-cal ;O) Great list!Happy TT!:O)
Almonds are a great snack, so is Popcorn.
I love a good fresh fruit salad. Strawberries, apples, grapes, melon, with some low-fat yogurt!
My T13 is up!
Hmm. You forgot the complex carbs -- yams, brown rice. The sort of stuff my vegan trainer's trying to convince me to try out. I'm brave enough, but who has time to make slow-cook oatmeal in the mornings???
Yep, that's some healthy food. Now the question is could you live on that stuff? ;)

Excitement. Suspence. Passion
Yay homemade chicken salad and popcorn.
I've been meaning to get a box of Special K - it's supposed to be great for diets.
Have a Happy Thursday,
Frances
Tuna. I like to mix it with fat free miracle whip and just eat it straight. Then again that isn't everyone's thing :)
Wonderful choices. I go for the handful of almonds everytime. I have tried the ricotta desserts, just didn't hit me right. Surprising because I typically love sweets.
Mine is up...#10!
Hmm, two clementines (I love that it's clementine season). A handful of Diamond nut crackers (almond is my favorite)
great ideas! especially the chicken salad, hahahaha! happy tt!
I love almonds for a snack. My problem is I end up eating way more than a small handfull. Oops. Happy TT!
Great list, Amy! I love eating healthy...it makes me feel so much better.
Thanks for visiting my TT!
Ooh, I love the All Bran Cinnamon bars. They're great. Baby Carrots are a good munchie too. And if you take a big tub of Non-Fat plain yogurt and mix in a packet of ranch you've got a great dip for raw veggies or a salad dressing with no fat, and it tastes just like Ranch because it IS!
I've got Toys at my TT this week. Come see if you get time.
A healthy sandwich with dark bread (perhaps with sunflowerseeds), cottage cheese and springonions (or cucumber, tomato, or just some herbs on top...yum!)
Lovely TT and thanks for visiting mine!
1 & 2 I LOVE!!! Great list...i try to eat healthy as well...but sometimes i can't help to eat junk ones but at least sometimes!hehehe!
That is a fantastic list! I'm always looking for healthy food ideas. Thanks for sharing those. And thanks for stopping by!
Every veggie and fruit, non fat yogourt...
And don't forget lot of water!!
thx for stopping by amy. cool list - i could add, that a little bit of chocolate helps me to stay healthy, that i don't crave it by the block full. ;) cheers!
