Has anyone else read this book? I just finished and wanted to know what you thought!!! I really enjoyed it. I did not not enjoy reading about the pain he suffered but that was part of his story and what a story he has!
Amy . . .
What would you like to know? I am fun, but crazy. I have a most perfect husband, and 2 cats named Samson and Delilah. We are presently working on adopting a little girl from China and have a separate blog for that. I am a Christian and am working on a better relationship with him. I live in the Atlanta area and love sharing stories with people. I am also a pediatric nurse and I love it! I love to talk and meet new people and I love Disney Cruising

I read it - enjoyed it - actually finished it in a span of about 22 hours (on and off reading). I thought his story - though hard to hear sometimes - was effective and impressive. It was good to see that even those led by God to teach and preach sturuggle with the same questions anduncertainty as the rest of us. Overall a great book and very inspiring - actually calmed a fear of mine concerning the afterlife and the missing of loved ones.
It did me too. Kind of got a glimpse of what will come..At the same time, I feel guilty. Why didnt I feel like that when I have read Revelations before? Its almost like I read this like I would have read the Bible and that made me feel guilty.
I liked his writing.
I loved this book and found it very inspirational. Some people wish he had spent more time on his experience in Heaven, but I disagree. I think the point was about his recovery and his dependence on God. I too liked his writing!
I asked for, and received, this book as a birthday present a couple of years ago. I loved it, but it was difficult in spots to read. He went through so much and endured so much pain, really unfathomable to me. But his faith and courage shine through in this book. I recommend it to everyone I know :)
