Amy . . .

What would you like to know? I am fun, but crazy. I have a most perfect husband, and 2 cats named Samson and Delilah. We are presently working on adopting a little girl from China and have a separate blog for that. I am a Christian and am working on a better relationship with him. I live in the Atlanta area and love sharing stories with people. I am also a pediatric nurse and I love it! I love to talk and meet new people and I love Disney Cruising

I was on the weight watchers message boards (which are free and open to the public) and stated that I had fallen off the wagon and was still laying flat on the ground. How in the world can I do so well for 7 weeks, go on a one week cruise and then not get right back on the program?

Enough whining. I am back. I'm hitting the gym this morning.
and will get home and have my 2 low fat waffles with low cal syrup and a banana. I will drink all of my water today. I will not sit down all day, as we have a lot of cleaning today. I will have almonds and low fat cheese as my snack along with 1 pt yogurt, a WW lunch with some salad and tonight we will head to trivia with some members of our community group. I will ask them to make me a salad and will have a slice of pizza. I will continue this program and I will not give up.

Since I ave put this out there, feel free to nag me, ask me how much time Im being lazy, how much exercise I have had. Steven has been doing this, and I love his accountability.

So - it's now almost 8:00...are you at the gym? I just came back from running...or rather, a pathetic attempt at running cuz it kills my knees but I did attempt.
You can do it! I know you can. And...by the time I finally get to move home (no, not yet), you and I will be able to run the Peachtree in spandex! (and be proud of it!) :)
Deal?

Amy - One day at a time my friend. Set a daily goal, like you did today, and try to stick to it.

Hi Amy,, it is hard to get back on track once you get side tracked...You can do it and be strong again...I am starting today to get myself on the straight and narrow...path to self control with my eating plan...Hugs,
Baba

So I must have missed it- how much did you gain on the trip. I sure hope you have gone back to a meeting. If not, RUN don't walk to the next one. The worst thing you can do is to skip your meetings. One day one step one pound at a time my friend.

Oh and did I mention to you that I gained 7 pounds in 7 days on my first vacation after starting WW?!?

You can do this; you've already proved you can lose the weight, so just keep at it! Don't give up!

i find this to be so true! Many people who do WW do so great the first time around but once they fall off it is hard to get back. Good luck my friend. You can do it! H

Girl, I'm with you. I fell of the wagon and I think it ran me over. I have some weeks where I'm totally into it and others when I'm not. Thanks for the tip about the message boards. I didn't know they had those. I'll have to check them out.
You can do it Amy!!
