Amy . . .

What would you like to know? I am fun, but crazy. I have a most perfect husband, and 2 cats named Samson and Delilah. We are presently working on adopting a little girl from China and have a separate blog for that. I am a Christian and am working on a better relationship with him. I live in the Atlanta area and love sharing stories with people. I am also a pediatric nurse and I love it! I love to talk and meet new people and I love Disney Cruising

Updates

Ok, so I have worked the last few nights and the past week, I have been maintaining the points for the WW program.

Trying to figure out whats going on. I have had the tendency to go a long time without eating which has made me light headed and hyper. ha, imagine that! Any, I get home from work around 8am and I get usually a 1-2 point snack. I go to bed and then wake up around 4 and have another low point snack before going to work. I do not eat again until about 11 or 12 which is not good. I told you a lot of my issues are mental and I need to work these things out.

I also think I need more protein in my diet. Weigh in is Wed and I am looking forward to it actually. I have been keeping up with the water.

The good thing is that I have gotten a lot more fruits and veggies in than ever before and made a soup that another WW member recommended.

All ya need is
32 oz of Fat free chicken broth
16 oz jar of salsa
large bag of frozen veggies.

Mix it up and bring it to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes. I dont like tomato based soups and I love this. I may even had more veggies next time.
Ok, thats my update
