Disney Cruise with the Family..really enjoyed Key West.Also, 5th anniversary trip to Williamsburg. We stayed in the same place we honeymooned at..very romantic

Regarding your question, I ate lots of healthy foods rich in fiber and I tried my best not to eat after 6pm. It was like a 6:00 diet of some sort. I hate doing exercises so I didn't have a regular exercise scheme. Good luck and Happy New Year!
