Amy . . .

What would you like to know? I am fun, but crazy. I have a most perfect husband, and 2 cats named Samson and Delilah. We are presently working on adopting a little girl from China and have a separate blog for that. I am a Christian and am working on a better relationship with him. I live in the Atlanta area and love sharing stories with people. I am also a pediatric nurse and I love it! I love to talk and meet new people and I love Disney Cruising

Thursday 13

Thirteen Things about Amy…. 13 Places and foods that have helped me become fluffier. I wanted to stay with the Christmas theme but I couldnt come up with anything
1. The Plane Jane at Jasons Deli..butter and sour cream
2.Taco Bell ..Even if dinner only costs 3.99, its apparently still fattening
3.Chicken O'Tenders from O'Charleys. I ate here a lot in college, and I mean a lot
4.Red lobster cheese biscuits. I would love to just eat one..not cool
5.McDonalds not sure why, but I think its evil
6.Ben and Jerrys Chunkey Monkey and Chubby Hubby
evil, but good
7.Mexican Cheese Dip from any restaurant.yummy
8.froo froo alcoholic drinks. Apparently even clean drinks have calories
9.Appetizers from any dining establishment. I dont need these but we still get them, still not sure why
10.Lemon Pepper fries from Wing Factory, even at only 3 bucks, I know they are bad for me
11.Bread and butter at Longhorn and Texas Steakhouse. I dont visit often, but I know I dont need them
12.Pasta.. Michael makes good spagetti and we havent eaten it in a while but I swear pasta has caused a weight gain
13.Candy, its just bad

"Fluffier" - that's a gentle way to put it, I really like it. I'm going to have to use that one.

Happy TT - loved your TT tonight!

I'm up!

I love Red Lobster! I think talking about eating is Christmasy. Diets start after the new year!

Foo foo coffee drinks have a lot of calories too.

I love McDonald's french fries.

My 13 are up.

I'm fluffy because I go out to eat several times a week....and that biscuit on the way to school each morning doesn't hurt.....and the Coke

My list is things I wish Santa would bring for me.

I am extremely 'fluffy' and I love your phrasing of that. I also am crazy for Chunky Monkey ice cream, Taco Bell, and McDonalds. Man, I'm hungry now too. lol And I haven't tried those cheesecake bites from Sonic but I heard they were great. My TT is up also.

Merry Christmas!

Fluffy. I like it.

I use the term Gravitationally Challenged myself.

I haven't been to Red Lobster in years and years. I've been craving some good fish too. Hmmm.

I'm jealous of you in Kennessaw. We lived in Powder Springs for a few years and still miss it.

Merry Christmas!

Those Red Lobster biscuits have been getting me for years.

Dear Mr Taco Bell

Please bring your restaurants to the UK. We only have KFC, Burger King and (bleugh) McD's. We need some decent Mexican fast food! Should I ask Santa if he can help you organise this by next week?

Love and kisses
Laquet :o)

Wow, you brought back some memories for me. Food is so comforting, like Mac and Cheese.

Amy, I used to work for Red Lobster. You don't want to know how many grams of fat are in each one.

Wishing you and your husband a Very Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year.

Now I have a craving for Chicken Tenders, Taco Bell AND McDonalds Cone and Fries!! Husband just went to the store - maybe I should call him and put in an order... alas, no Taco Bell in Thailand.

I'm going to go have breakfast. You made me hungry.

Mexican queso dip (cheese dip) IS evil! That stuff is addictive. :)

As for pasta, well, it depends what you put *on* the pasta, as to whether or not it's healthy. Whole wheat pasta with a tomato sauce is very healthy. :)

Thanks for stopping by and have a good day. :)

Very cute =)
Oh, how I miss Taco Bell! I didn´t have it for ages... Is the hot sauce still available?

Merry Christmas to you and yours,
San
P.S.: Please visit my TT #6 - Thanks a lot!

LOL I'm using that word from now on...I'm not fat, I'm FLUFFY!

Did you ever see "Super Size Me" with Morgan Spurlock? It's that guy that ate nothing but McDonald's for a month and it almost killed him...anyway, my husband is so anti-fast food because of that movie we almost never eat it together. Thank goodness he works all day and I get a chance to sneak out to McDonalds for a Big Mac every now and then. I know it isn't good for me...but somedays I just HAVE to have one.

Lemon Pepper fries sound so yummy!

Hope you have a wonderful Thursday! Thanks for stopping by...I'm pretty sure you didn't vote for my favorite name, either. It's not winning! ARGH! :)

Taco Bell is sooo dangerous, probably because its so damned cheap :)

And Ben and Jerrys has this ice cream that tastes somewhat like beer. Thats yummy as all get out.

I can feel my arteries clogging just reading this list!

Thanx for visiting me last week. Sorry I didn't visit back. Blogger was blocking me from commenting on blogger blogs last week for some mysterious reason. hope it isn't still happening.

anyway. i'm up again. 13 web gems I've collected. From useful to fun. Merry Christmas!

By brother has found he likes Ben & Jerry's Black & Tan, of course he is an alcoholic so beer-flavored ice cream is a hit, even if he hates B&J for being communists!

Have to say to the person craving good seafood, Red Lobster is far from a prime source, they are good for what they are, chain seafood for the masses, but anywhere more than 50 miles from an ocean is suspect. :)

Anonymous said...

What? These foods are not good for you? I think I'm in trouble! LOL!

Great list...It all sounds a little too yummy though! Happy Thursday and Happy Holidays!

"Fluffier" is so much better than ... Oh well, you know. I mean who doesn't? :(

Got one word for you - Yummy!

Happy TT!

Eating out in general contributes to Fluffy. And yes, alcohol isn't about the calories but what it does to fat metabolism, so it really does contribute to weight gain. Sigh.

Thanks for visiting my TT. Always good to hear from you.

What a yummy list....especially the Ben and Jerry's.
And LOVE the word "fluffier"....much more civilized word...lol
Merry Christmas to you.

What a yummy list! Dangerous, but yummy! Thanks for visiting my site!

Milan-zzz said...

OK I do agree about McDonalds!
I never eat there but using it often ... when I'm out and have to go urgently in toilet *grin*
(now I'm wondering was this smart to say in public...?)

Thanks 4 visiting my TT!
Cheers!

I'm so with ya on all these! Happy TT & Merry Christmas!

Fluffier - I like that. That's what happens to our cats when they don't get out to run around as much as we like. This time of year is pretty brutal for its abundance of sweet and yummy things.

tiggerprr said...

Is the Plain Jane a sandwich? A lot of your list sounds yummy! Maybe that's why I'm also fluffy! LOL

Anonymous said...

Pretty much everything you said I've said yes to more than once ...and enjoyed every bite of it! Those biscuits from Red Lobster are soooo dadgum good!

Thanks for visiting today!

Wow, your TT made me hungry! LOVE those biscuits at Red Lobster.

I was doing great on my diet until this past week. I'm hoping to keep from going totally crazy during the next few days, although if you can't indulge at Christmas, when can you? :)

My TT is up...come visit when you get a moment!

Thanks for visiting my TT. I really like the term "fluffier" - that's how I'm going to be referring to myself from now on. I have such a craving for McDonald's now it's not even funny! :)

Mary said...

Suddenly, my ham sandwich is having feelings of inadequacy, LOL! Great list, Merry Christmas!

Anonymous said...

McDonald's...definitely evil. But really good. (Like that made sense!)It doesn't help that there is a McD's in my favorite Walmart. Truly a conspiracy.

Unknown said...

I am with on almost everything on that list! Esp the red lobster biscuts!!! I eat there only once every 3 years or so..but when I do..those rolls are good!
