Amy . . .

What would you like to know? I am fun, but crazy. I have a most perfect husband, and 2 cats named Samson and Delilah. We are presently working on adopting a little girl from China and have a separate blog for that. I am a Christian and am working on a better relationship with him. I live in the Atlanta area and love sharing stories with people. I am also a pediatric nurse and I love it! I love to talk and meet new people and I love Disney Cruising

Thursday 13

Thirteen Things about Amy
13 things I can not do with Lucy or the new kitty around
1.Dishes- Lucy likes to help load the dishwasher
2.Watch 2 hours of TV. For some reason Lucy likes to go bark at something. I do not think she does this with Michael around.
3.Laundry-Lucy loves clothes when they come out of the dryer
4.Eat a meal. Lucy thinks she needs to share. She does not bother Michael
5.Hold the new kitten. Lucy wants to eat her..or at least kiss her
6.Read a book. Lucy can not be still
7. I cant leave things anywhere. Lucy will eat them and take them outside
8. I have to put Lucy up anytime I go anywhere.
9. I cant take anything upstairs as lucy wants to join me
10. I worry that the kitten will get eaten or stepped on. So far, so good
11.My dog is spoiled. I am aware of this. I cant talk on the phone sometimes without telling Lucy to be quiet
12. I cant have a conversation with Michael longer than 5 minutes without Lucy wanting to chime in
13. I cant read a book unless Lucy is asleep

#5 is the source of a lot of troubles at our house too. I can't keep track of the number of times I've told the dogs "stop eating the kitties"!

Lucy is loved and she knows she's the center of your world. Just put up my TT#4!

LOL! When we got our daughter a puppy, we were afraid the puppy would end up drowning in drool because of #5. Our dog wasn't sure whether she was thrilled with or jealous of the new arrival.

Sounds like Lucy is good prep for when that baby comes. She sounds like my 2 yr old :)

Boy! I thought my dog was spoiled, but I see she isn't too bad! What's gonna happen when the baby comes? Maybe you could get a baby doll and start pretending with her so Lucy can get used to her!

Lucy is high maintenance! :)

I have one like that. I attempted to lay on my hammock in the back yard this weekend and read and she couldn't stand it, she wiggled her way up there with me and stood on me. I ended up having to crate her because she couldn't leave me alone.

We saw Wicked in Chicago but I sadly have not seen rent live. I do own the movie. As I sat through the first song in the theatre, I looked at my fiance and told him that I was going to buy it. And of course, I did.
