What would you like to know? I am fun, but crazy. I have a most perfect husband, and 2 cats named Samson and Delilah. We are presently working on adopting a little girl from China and have a separate blog for that. I am a Christian and am working on a better relationship with him. I live in the Atlanta area and love sharing stories with people. I am also a pediatric nurse and I love it! I love to talk and meet new people and I love Disney Cruising

Trivia and cheating

Its official. I need a valium or other sedative before playing trivia at the Mexican restaurant. Although we have already spoken to the children and parents before regarding cheating, they obviously did it again tonight. The parents seem to not even care. Even though we commented on it again, there was no comment back or denial. Seriously, although we came in first and they didn't place, it irks me. I can not even enjoy myself. Ugh!!!! I wish I could just let it go, but I can not!!!

Also, I got to hold baby Emily for a while as her dad fed her some applesauce. I noticed my leg was a bit wet so I thought he had dropped some applesauce..IT WAS NOT APPLESAUCE. The beautiful lovely 9 month old Emily peed on me...

HeeHee!!!

What's the deal with the cheating? Kids are cheating? That really sucks if kids are cheating and parents are just letting them do it, that's SO wrong, win or lose, it's wrong.

Doesn't cheating just drive you crazy? UGH! Quitting a game before it's over really irks me, too.

I hope you have a better time next week!

Eww. I hate it when someone cheats while playing a game too. It's one of my pet peeves.

Well, the good news is we came in first place despite the cheaters (who did not place at all). We KNOW for sure they were cheating because their 12ish aged son came running out of the bathroom as the bonus questin time ended calling to his table, "I got the answers!" and they quickly wrote down a correct response for the full points possible.

Now one of three things happened...
1. He asked someone in the bathroom for help (cheating).
2. He called someone on the phone for help while in the bathroom (cheating).
3. He was taking a crap, squeezed really hard, and had an epiphany suddenly realizing the name of two hockey players involved in a car accident in Atlanta when he was about 8 years old. One is dead the other plays in Canada (and we know what big fans of hockey people from India/Pakistan are).

I despise cheating, too! And I just totally don't get it. I mean what on earth is the thrill of winning knowing you cheated to do it?!! Yeah, I realize you said they didn't win...but still they were cheating in hopes of winning. Like I said...I just don't get it.

But the way, Amy. You'd better get used to being peed on...and a lot worse!
