Amy . . .

What would you like to know? I am fun, but crazy. I have a most perfect husband, and 2 cats named Samson and Delilah. We are presently working on adopting a little girl from China and have a separate blog for that. I am a Christian and am working on a better relationship with him. I live in the Atlanta area and love sharing stories with people. I am also a pediatric nurse and I love it! I love to talk and meet new people and I love Disney Cruising

things

I just realized that in the same week but different years the Oklahoma City bombing, Columbine and now the Va Massacre occurred. My devotional last night was centered around the OCB and praying for the "mad man" that did this and how one man affected thousands of lives.
It just has me thinking, thats all. Pray

I am beginning to worry that it is all happening on purpose

Yes, a lot of bad things happening during this week in history, and like Sparky Duck, I think some of the most recent ones are on purpose. I think Waco, Columbine, OKC and now Va Tech are all crazy people trying to emulate and "one up" each other. Horrible. Senseless. So terribly tragic.

You can also include David Koresh and the Waco, TX devastation. It was the exact day as the Oklahoma City Bombing, just two years prior. (I'm in Oklahoma, so we tend to always talk about the "coincedences".)

Such sadness....it is appalling what he did to all those people, and I hurt for him as well...I just can't imagine being treated so poorly by others that someone could even consider such violence. But it happens.

Thanks for stopping by my blog, and for the heads up on the scavenger hunt! I've never done one, so I will have to check it out :)

Amy, I cannot believe these things all happened in the same week!! Satan is busy in April. T. S. Eliot wrote, "April is the cruelest month."
