Michael and I have both been in fabulous moods lately and its been fun to spend time together.
Here is a question. Whats the best place for a weekend get away? Always looking for things to do...
Review of 2007 goals
1) I have lost 12-14 pounds..Kind of stuk
2) Still not organized but have found the motivation
3) still working on the Walt Disney biography. Its great but its 700 pages long.

well...from where you are its probably too far away for a weekend...but Santa Cruz is a great place to visit!

Hate getting stuck while losing weight ~ that was such a downer for me I actually quit dieting for a while. I hope you are more successful than I was...
I haven't been on a weekend getaway in a LONG time and probably won't be going on one anytime soon...but I hope you find the perfect place and have a blast! I love reading about your adventures.

Sorry that your stuck in a weight loss rut, keep on you'll get over the rut.
I'd say head down to Savannah/Tybee Island for the weekend. We go there often and its wonderful. Tybee Island has a beautiful beach thats not over crowded like Florida or Myrtle Beach.
Another close area is Nags Head. It is another beautiful beach town.
